Yes whenever you purchase a product from our shop, it will be a physical item.

Yes, our products are painted, stained, cut, etched by hand and/or with the help of a small handheld tool/machine (ie. router, cricut, etc.). Our products are not mass produced. They are created in our home by us.

Once purchased, your order takes roughly 3-5 business days to arrive. NOTE: If you have a custom order, the leadtime may be longer.
